By using Well Wishes you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short.
Using the service
- Well Wishes is free during our beta. We may add paid options later; nothing you have today will start charging without notice.
- Only upload videos you have the right to share, and keep them kind. Don’t upload anything unlawful, harassing, or that exposes someone’s private information.
- Organizers are responsible for who they share links with. Anyone with a link can open the page it points to.
- We may remove content or disable access that breaks these rules or harms others.
Your content
Your videos stay yours. You give us permission to store, process (for example convert to MP4 and join clips into a keepsake) and show them to the people you and the organizer choose, only to run the service.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep wishes safe and playable, but the service is provided “as is” during beta. Please download your keepsake and clips to keep your own copy.
